What's a virtual‑user hour?
The time virtual users spend on your site, added up. 60 users for one minute make one hour; so does one user for an hour.
Questions
- Which sites can I test?
- Only domains you own. You verify each one with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag on its homepage before a test can send it traffic.
- How big and how long can a test be?
- You choose the number of users. A test spreads their arrival over anything from 10 seconds to 1 hour, and each user finishes their scenario.
- What if my site starts failing?
- Each test has an error threshold. When more users fail than it allows, the run stops itself, and users already on your site finish their scenario.
- What if I use more hours than my plan includes?
- On a paid plan, tests keep running and the extra hours are pay-as-you-go at your plan's hourly price, billed at the end of the month. Included hours reset every month on the day you subscribed.
- Do I pay for a run that stopped early?
- You pay for the time each virtual user actually spent on your site, so a run that stops early uses less.
